Sir I want to start business, How should I proceed further. Is there any chance to get loan on my b.tech certificates

Yes it is possible but you have to apply for a Personal Loan as you want to use the Loan to start a Business.
You need to show the necessary documents as to why you want the loan and also you must show the type of business that you want to do in future with the money you will get from the loan provided to you.
To apply for the Personal Loan you need to show a guarantor or you must provide something as a Mortgage to the bank as a source of repayment if you are unable to pay the Loan amount.
Once you are able to provide these two things your Personal Loan will be sanctioned.

Yes you will definitely get personal loan from any bank to start your company..

For this you have to visit to nearest bank branch from which you want to take loan and also take address proof, identity proof photocopy which has been submitted with your form..

You will also require an guarantor or some mortgage such as house, some plot paper etc..

After submitting the form to the bank official, loan will be sanctioned after about 10 days...

From my opinion you have to take the loan from any govt bank such as SBI, Central Bank of India.. As these banks have lowest rate of interest among all other banks..

For getting loan to start a business , you have to mortgage some property of yours and you also need a guarantor.
You can get loan on the basis of your degree certificates.

Some banks may grant loan but not all.
Banks have their own method of working and they usually check the credibility and financial stability of applicant before granting any loan.

Or else you can also visit bank ank talk to them regarding such thing that you need loan of sucha baich amount by mortgaging your certificates.
They will clear you whether they grant loan on such basis or not.
