Can I get MHRD scholarship again if reapply for GATE being an MTech student?

I am pursuing MTech from NIT, Agartala with GATE score. I am also getting the monthly scholarship under MHRD. But if I will take admission into another NIT or may be in IIT with GATE score of this year, then I will get the scholarship from MHRD or not?
