Hi friends, please help me to know about the documents which are essentially required for applying in Prime Minister’s Scholarship Scheme 2021. Please let me know about the documents immediately because I want to apply for this scholarship. Waiting for your response!

Documents required to apply for Prime Minister’s Scholarship Scheme 2021 are as follows.

• Service Certificate issued by respective offices of the serving personnel for category 4.

• Copy of the PPO/discharge certificate/book for Categories 1, 2, and 3.

• Duly attested scanned copy of the mark-sheet/Grade card of 10+2/ diploma/graduation.

12th pass Mark sheet from a recognised board

Bonafide certificate, duly filled up and signed by Principal / Registrar of the institute

Date of birth certificate

One blank page of bank passbook (SBI / PNB) only.

Aspirant Aadhar card.

Last date to apply online application 12th pass ) - 31st October 2021

Last date to apply online application ( 12th pass ex servicemen) - 15 October 2021.
