Does Government provide stipends to Ph.D student? How much amount they give?
Hello sir, I have completed M.Sc in Botany and now want to do Ph.D in same stream. Please tell me does the Government give me any stipend for Ph.D? How much amount I can received?

UGC provides grants or stipends to Ph.D scholars. You need to apply for grant through an application form after getting admission in a Ph.D programme.
If you have good academic career and studying at a reputed university then your chance of getting stipend will be more. |
