Sir, I am doing BTech through Allahabad Bank Loan. This is my 3rd semester and I met with an accident. I haven’t appeared all my internal exams. Doctors suggested me to take rest atleast 5 months because I have a leg fracture. In this case, bank discontinue my loan?

Education loan is granted for a fixed period of time.
There is also possibility of the time durat being increased die to some unforeseen reason.
If a candidate fails to complete the course in time, then banks exaggerate the time period.
And for such purpose , candidate has to talk to the bank manager for such time exaggeration.
In case of accident also , you must talk to the bank manager in this regard, they will give you better suggestion.

In case you resume your studies early , you will get the remaining loan .
The loan may get discontinued for the time period in which you are at rest , the moment you will get back to your studies, you can talk to the bank manager for continuation of your loan.
