GATE is the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. Indian Institute of Technology conducts this entrance exam every year for the master's degree in technology. Candidates who have done bachelor's degree in engineering or technology can apply for the exam.

Those who have done master's degree in science can also apply for the exam. There are many advantages of this exam:

>>If you secure good rank in this exam, you can do M.Tech from top reputed colleges of India.

>>You can receive call letters from Public Sector Undertakings if you have good rank in GATE exam.

>>GATE qualified candidates get stipend of Rs 12,800 as per UGC rules.
