Hello everyone, I have applied for an education loan and studying BHMS from it. I have taken an education loan from Punjab National Bank. I want to know the subsidy scheme comes under this Bank education loan.

Those who have obtained admission in eligible courses through merit based selection process , where the admission is purely based on marks scored in qualifying exam , cutoff percentage for sc/st 50%
60% for General category
Are eligible for PNB Saraswati education loan scheme.
There are various schemes run by PNB.

In order to claim for an education loan subsidy , candidate is required to provide their income certificate from certifying authority.
Those who satisfy all the following parameters would only be eligible for interest subsidy.
The scheme is available for inland studies only.
Subsidy is provided to economically weaker section of society.
