Hello everyone, I have heard about the Zoological Survey of Indian Junior Research Fellowship. I am an MSc postgraduate so can I apply for this fellowship programme? And what benefits I will get through this fellowship programme?

The selected junior research fellow will receive a remuneration of rupees 12000/- + Admissible HRA.

The selected senior research fellow will receive a remuneration of rupees 14000/- + Admissible HRA.

Total number of posts - 20.

Eligibility to apply---

The candidate must not be more than 28 years as on last date of application and hold a master degree in zoology / life sciences with zoology as a major subject in undergraduate course from a recognised University with a minimum of 55% marks.

°°° Eligibility of the Zoological Survey of Indian Junior Research Fellowship 2020:

The candidates must hold a Master's degree in zoology / life sciences with zoology as a major subject in undergraduate course from a recognised University with a minimum of 55% marks.

Candidate must have at least one Publication in SCI Journal and at least 2 years of post MSc research experience.

The upper age limit is 32 years and upper age limit is a relaxed for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC.

Desirable qualification:-

Research experience in Taxonomy, Systematics, Zoology or Allied subject, Field Survey experience in Wildlife, Wildlife photographer, knowledge of Computer and Basic Field Data collection, SCUBA
diving and Snorkeling, Mountaineer engineering etc.

Benefits of the Zoological Survey of Indian Junior Research Fellowship 2020 is as follows.

The selected applicant will receive a fellowship of Rs. 31,000 per month plus 16% HRA.

Eligibility criteria-
• Applicant must hold a master's degree in Zoology/Wildlife/Life Sciences/ Environmental Science/Wildlife and Biodiversity Conservation.

• Applicant must be NET/GATE qualified.
