sir my pcm aggregate is 65% and otherwise i scored 70% overall, with 85% marks in physics.
and i want to do physics honours.. for which colleges can i apply? and can i migrate to my desired college if i scored a good score in b.sc first year.? please do reply |

Eligibility for B. Sc.:
+2 passed candidates with a subject combination of biology, zoology and chemistry or biology and chemistry or biochemistry and chemistry can apply for Bsc course. |

The main criteria for getting into a degree course on Physics under Delhi University is: Class 12 Pass with PCM .. This is the basic criteria... I totally disagree on the point that BTech is better then BSc. There is no denying that BTech lands you with a job easily but the craze for engg. has handicapped India in terms of genuine scientific pursuits. So, kindly think twice before giving such absolute value judgments.

i am a twelthy n i want to do maths honours from du.my maths part is strong but physics and chem r just satisfactory.acording to my practic i thnk i will b able to get 90 in mats but just 60 in physics n chem..
can i still think of geting selected into du?? plz help.. |

I m a up board student n pursuing 12th . If i will get more than 75% in physics n i will have not got overall percentage more than 65% . Than can i will take the admission in bsc honers with physic in D.U.

That depends on the college you want to take in delhi university.
every year delhi university invites application for admission in undergraduate courses you have to apply for the same delhi university release cut off list for different courses and colleges that will decide which college you will get. |

Yes definitely your eligible for B.sc in Physics Course after Completing your 12th standard in (PCB) .. B.sc in Physics .. It is an Bachelor degree course .. The duration of the course is for three years and the course is divided into four semester .. There are lot of Colleges offers this B.sc Course .. Eligibility Criteria Required for B.sc in Physics Course :- ~~ Applicant should hold 12th standard (or) Equivalent Qualification in science Faculty with [Physics , Chemistry , Biology] from recognized university .. ~~ Applicant need to secure Minimum 50% Percentage of marks from recognized university .. ~~ The Selection Procedure for this Course is based on the Final Merit list which is based on the mark Obtained in 12th board Examination .. ~~ Some Institution may also Conduct Entrance Examination within the College .. 12th standard is the basis to get admission. A candidate must have to obtained at least 60% marks. To get admission in top college of University your marks will be at least 75%-80%
