taking up a degree in MBA is always benefecial..it can lead to a career change or a raise.....MBA is considered a management degree and can prepare you for management-level positions..

It is true than MBA level also decreased slightly.

Doing in normal institutes is OK but those should not be below average colleges.

Recession has gone now, and if you are thinking its still there
then its the right time to do an MBA.
Its absolutely right that every one cant get IIM's but you can
make sure that you get more knowledge better than an IIM student
by studying with heart.
The syllabus is only different the only difference is the way we study,
if you try to continuously improve yourself then i don't think you are less
caliber then an IIM student.
It would be helpful even if you do other than IIM's only the package will matter.

a good MBA always demanding.and market is upgrading now,exparts says it will be normal in 2011.so you can definately go for it and you have two years time to complete so then you need not worry about job.

point of life to have a better settlement.

Also, I am glad to let you know that the recession is over now!!

So, all the IT engineers can avail jobs now. Moreover It professionals can
also handle project from any company instead of getting a job... it is risky
but is good for talented as they will be paying on the per project basis...

ONE IMPORTANT WARNING:: IT engineers do not find careers abroad in
present situation especially in US as the Obama is kicking all the indians
out of the US.. I know i am getting rude but this is fact!

MBA is a good option if you are intersted in it then it is good for you unless without interests if you will do then its ok. So if you are intersted you opt for it and if u didnt crack for IIM then it doesn't mean that there are no other option ther are many other option other than IIM:- XAT,XLRI,IRMA. MAT is also there but only Top ten colleges are good in MAT after that i think it is not good so if YOU can get Top ten colleges then only u opt for MAT otherwise its not good bcoz many are getting only salesman job and it is not benefited. The thing matter is that your interest and knowledge ,hard work. so go for it.

as the market is now up again and recession time is over companies are now again searching for the agile candidates. By doing MBA u can go in no of fields of a company like its Finance, Marketing, Human resource, Prouction unit, or other services.

It's in hand of the students to decide that. As per the today trend studying M.B.A will have been the better future for all the students. As every companies is considered from small scale industries to large scale the M.B.A graduate should be there. So if we study M.B.A we will have better future.

Mba professionals r getting jobs not only in india but abroad. However only degree doesnt ensure job. U must have qualities. If u can bring qualities then go for it otherwise only mba degree is not going to provide u any job.

The thing is that few years ago students got craze of doing engineering, nowadays its been MBA. But one must choose a very very good institute for doing MBA and as fas as my concern Finance is the best option for doing in MBA.
MBA will act as an good option for your career growth. Also you will be posted at an higher post and par scale than your previous degree can give.

hey friend, IIMs are not only the institution in India that provide mba degree ... there are various others like IIPM , ICFAI, NIILM, etc.
Take GMAT. You can management degree through IITs also... they are not only meant for engg.

If you done MBA from any college but done in a peacefull or hardly. then you will surely get job in a reputed company......

though it is a time of recession n it is also right that everybody cann't get admission in IIM'S but there is a lot of institutes that provide quality education like .. XLRI, SYMBOSYS , FMS , IBS, ISB, etc through u can make ur bright future .
