The CDSE Examination syllabus is same for all the forces .

That is why it is called as combined defence services examination.

You need to have your basics very good in order to crack cds .

Syllabus of CDSE Examination are-

English-The English paper is designed how far the candidate is able to understand English. This section deals on words, grammar and usage, structure of English language etc.

General Knowledge-General Knowledge, including knowledge of current events of everyday observation, History of India, geography etc.

Elementary Mathematics-Arithmetic, Unitary method, Elementary Number Theory, Algebra, Trigonometry, Geometry and Mensuration etc.
