I have gotten 75% in BALLB so in which college i can get admissions for LL.M and is there any entrance exam criteria?

Sir, I am doing BA LLB under Guwahati University & at present in 7th Semester & would be completing my 10th semester in June 2019. I have a aggregate of 68% till the 6th sem. Please advise me when to apply for a full time scholarship to study in USA or UK for my LLM & what are the requisite criteria to study there.
