Can I get into NITs after scoring 25,000-30,000 rank in AIEEE(120 marks)?

sorry friends you can not get admission in NITs because under 20,000 rank student is applicable.But if you belong to reserved category, then you will get but less chances of getting branches like computer sc, electronics.
Also, if a particular NIT belongs to your state, then you will get 50% reservation in that NIT.

i m a sc category student. and i m expecting category rank in range of 30k to 35k. can i get any nit college ?

GEtting into sastra is more tough than tht....firstly u need to hav a gud Aieee score and alsoa rank ...both ipe of intermediate and aieee play a major role..but in ur case ...92% isnt enough..above 96% is compulsory..but don be dissappointed...there are also gud colleges like sathyabama,amrita etc.
