In chennai, Kattangalathur and vadapalani campus are good..but ramapuram campus is worst because of different chairpersons...students scoring 40% are also admitted in ramapuram campus...no returns (insufficient lab, poor infra,insufficent lift which dont work half the year, no drinking water.,etc.,,) from management to the students who pay same amount of fees as that as katanglthr or vadapalani.

I m Ajay Sajeev from Kerala just appeared SRMEE 2014.From the earlier seat allotments i came to know that upto 17500 ranks,admission is possible without going through any other expenses...I think i will get a rank below it....So if i can gain a rank below 17500 can i get an admission in SRM mechanical branch....and i m OBC and is there any special deductions for them? Sir i am called for counselling and my rank was around 31000. My counselling is on 21st may. I dont think i will be able to score 70% in PCM and we are not so rich to pay around 5-6 lakhs only for donation. But if the donation is around 2-3lakhs then my father can afford it. So please guide me sir. I really wanna study in srm.
And i want civil engg. I may get around 60%-65% in PCM. My result will be out till 26th may
