MY RANK IS 40 IN SC CATEGORY IN WBJEE. WHICH DATE WILL BE MY COUNSELLING DATE AND WHEN? CAN I GET ELECTRONICS AND TELECOMMUNICATION IN JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY?
