Sir,i got rank 11597 in eamcet . can i get in JNTU or gayatri vidya parishad ,vizag in non local quota.

It is somewhat hard to get stream of your choice based on this rank since it all depends on cut-off which normally goes high for good institutions under it. Some institutions which you could try under eamcet are:
S V U College of Engg. Tirupati
JNTU College of Engg. Anantapur
Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, Gandipet
Gayathri vidya parishad coll. of engineering, Madhurawada......

Also try to get admission in other good universities, such as: Lovely Professional University (LPU), VIT, AMU, Osmania......; which provide good education and have better infrastructure. Some of them also conduct their own exam for admission process. I have also read a lot about LPU for providing various scholarship schemes to students as well (based on percentage in qualifying exam).
