hello sir, can i get admission in HBTI kanpur after getting a rank 1304 in general category and 433 in girls category if not than can i take admission in BIET,BU JHANSI.

i am an ias aspirant but want to do btech as graduation.i have an option of hbti kanpur and mmm gorakhpur.i am getting plastic,leather in hbti while all the branches in mmm.but as much as i knw dere are gud ias coachings in kanpur and i want to join one from 2nd year.wat shud i do?opt for a good college or gud branch.plz help me.

UPTU Examination consists of two papers of objective type (multiple-choice questions) carrying a maximum of 450 marks.
The Question Papers (Test Booklets) are set in English & Hindi

Paper - II One of the optional subjects to be selected from the prescribed optional subjects

Scheme - CS (Main)

Paper-I One of the Indian Languages to be selected by the candidate from the 18 languages included in the VIIIth Schedule to the Constitution (Qualifying Paper)

Paper-II English (Qualifying Paper) 300 Marks
Paper-III Essay 200 Marks
Papers IV & V General Studies (300 Marks for each paper) 600 Marks
Papers VI, VII, VIII & IX Any two subjects (each having 2 papers) to be selected from the prescribed optional subjects (300 marks for each paper)

You have a very good rank in UPTU. You have chance but i don't think you might be able to get HBTI as it is one of the most precious college in UPTU.
