There are many exams which are conduted every year by UPSC. For each exam there is a different schedule. You must be aware of it. UPSC conducts exams in following sections :

Civil Services
Central Police Force
Combined Engg Serives
Combined Defence Services
Combined Medical Services
Special Class Railway Apprentices
Indian Forest Services
National Defence Academy
Geologist's Examination
Indian Econimical Services/ Indian Statistical Services

UPSC Exams have a common form for the candidate has to choose the exam hand applide for it. UPSC forms are available in various post offices in the country. Candidates fill the application forms according to the instructions given in the newspapers.

you have not mentioned for which course you want the application form. by the way all the exams conducted by upse are common and you can get it from any of the post office of your city or you can get it from its official site i.e www.upse.gov.in.

UPSC will conducts an open competitive examination on all india basis for NDA on 17 april 2011. For this examination one must be young, energetic, determinant and intelligent. I think you are having lot of capabilities for it. For your kind information you are eligible for this examination regarding age factor.

Yes, you are eligile for april 2011 exam.asyou fullfill the age criteria which is asked to be between 2 january 1993-1 july 1995.
So you lie in this range.
The last Date for form filling is 15 november
examination date is 17 april
For airforce and NAval wing you need to have physics and maths in your 12
and if not you will appear for army

UPSC forms are available early.
because all the exams like NDA,CDS,UPSC other exams are help one after another.
thats why these are available all the time in all leading GPO's of all cities.

UPSC form will be available in your main post office of the city,but please dont buy the forms from Book stores,some may be rejected.

UPSC form is common for many of the competitive exams.

The calender plan for 2011 UPSc exam has been declared by UPSC.
The exam will be held in june on 12.
The last date for filling the form will be 21 march 2011.
