Ofcourse CTS is always better than TCS............
If u see the financial growth then its awesome........ and work culture is very good in CTS and no politics
If u do your work good then there is no problem at all.

both company are good.
If TCS goes to a college then Cognizant will not enter in that college.
& by salary both companies give approx same package.
You can go for any one of these two companies.

do cts have security bond.............?

TCS is better than CTS.Th net profit for TCS in 2010 march was up by 33%,where th latter net profit this year was 22%.The working environment in TCS is very much favourable when compared to CTS.In TCS there is a chance to relax,even the non performers are given an extra chance.Whereas in CTS the environment little bit of stictly nature.

There is a little difference between all the tier one IT companies(TCS,CTS,Infosys,Wipro etc) but from the career growth prospective CTS is slightly above TCS because CTS is one of the fastest growing company and it offers good growing opportunity to the employs.it also has friendly work environment.

as my sister is working is there CTS is better then TCS beacuse there is no bound and starting salary is more.so better opt CTS.all the best

Both companies are good .But in case of package TCS is better than CTS .

TCS take a bond of 2 or 3 years by the fresher employee but in CTS there is no such criteria.

According to you you can choose any company

It is not which company is better, its the type of job you choose. What results you can give to the company. See were the company stands in the market.

TCS is better when compared to CTS,why because,
*tcs is like a government job for,in tcs u'll be havng job security and also u'll be havng more salary

ya it is right that TCS has a better market than Cognizant but if you are aiming a nice tension free platform to your career then I prefer cognizant (CTS) because cognizant's policies are better for an IT professional than TCS.

tcs is better than cts

U R HAVING GOOD QUESTION BUT I THOUGHT CTS is better compared to TCS since there is no bond in CTS . While comparing package, TCS is better than CTS. If you are fresher, then you can adopt to CTS rather than TCS. Work pressure is comparably high in CTS and just before they have incremented the package for old batch. So, If bond is not a problem for u, take TCS.
After lefting behind Infosys & Wipro TCS is at No.1 Position.
BOTH HAVE SOME GOOD PROPERTY BUT I WILL SUGGEST YOU TO GO FOR

I want to suggest you that you should prefer TCS. both companies are good but some facility provide by TCS are really good as compare to CTS.
both companies provides good package but TCS provides many other facility.

All those who supported TCS, they must know some facts.

1. Recently TCS is more concentrating on Indian geography and taking up many government projects.

2. TCS has no proper execution model for these kind of projects. As we all know, getting cooperation from indian government agencies are the biggest task ever.

3. You are asked to sit in a government office where there will be no proper infrastructure right from the table, chair, aircondition up to poorly configured computers. (evern restrooms are worst in these offices)

4. Since the budget will be very low for these kind of projects, you will not be always billable resource. But you will be squeezed.

If you have to decide between Infosys and Cognizant, then Cognizant is the best choice. Infosys is said to have very less job security.

i had clear the interview rounds of cognizant now they had said that they will give us the training and after training they will do a assessment only those students who will pass the assessment will get the job also the fees of training is 25000 Rs so should i trust them or not? please tell me as soon as possible on my mail [email protected]

CTS(Cognizant technology Solution) is a very good company. you should go for it rather than showing off your skills in TCS as CTS has good sense of interst in career making or their employees.

According to my point of my view, TCS will be much better.
TCS is one of the leading companies in India. Based on salary hike, onsite opprtunity, TCS is better.

iam a 2010 B.Tech passd out 4m ECE background.i got selected for TCS in off campus drives.i have read al d discussions u made in the first page.so,my brothers working in TCS frm 2000.they told me dat u will find job security in TCS when compared to others.any suggestions 4 u

Showing enough respect to TCS I would like to prefer Cognizant since it is doing well for last 8 years. They almost have snatched the market maintained by TCS. Myself an employee of Cognizant I woulds also like to say that Cognizant is the fastest growing IT companies not only in India but also in the world. So before commenting know the actual statics then think decide which one is better.

Well, after analysing the success story of Cognizant, it is no doubt that Cognizant is leading his way to hold the first position of countries IT giant.
We can also understand the fact by 3rd quaterly financial report of all major IT giants of India, where Cognizant was in theTop.

And I have heard only success stories from Cognizant employees, never heard any negetive thing regarding it.

So, I completely agree with what my friend Guest has said above.

In my opinion CTS is better than TCS because tcs recruit in large number as compare to CTS.
You have to fight with greater strength to upgrade yourself in the company like TCS, initial working is also not good in tcs

It provides you more job security and now, the salaries are on a hike also
Since US is trying to stop outsourcing the companies may be facing problems
I think the company is not the matter , your hard work and sincerity is more important

tcs is better.. no doubt.. am working in cognizant past one year now... but i cant learn anything.. if u want to enjoy without work means, u can choose cts,.. if u wanna grow means u shld have to choose tcs...
