Embedded systems and VLSI are of high importance currently as the market demands those courses, doing these specialisations are helpful only if you do it from a good college.

India is a developing country so lot of construction is under process and a lot will happen in future so you will have bright future.
If you are getting electronics in good college where placement is very good then you can opt electronics otherwise choose civil.

For student of CSE and easily enter into software field but for ECE one must choose his area of interest like software , hardaware , networking, telecomm and then prepare accordingly.

Electronics and communication engineer can enter into ISRO after clearing there entrance exam which is very tough to clear almost 1 student out of 40 can clear its entrance exam.
For that you must have strong technical knowledge and during interview they ask about communication analog and digital, satellite communication.etc...

Chip design is related to development department of core electronics company. Chip design one can learn after doing either training in VLSi or mtech in the same.

You can start preparing for PSU by self studies because most of the question they ask in written are based on either technical subjects like:
Electroncis
Communication
Microwave
Digital electronics
EMT
Control system

Once you get enter into study then it will on and on.

There is a lot of time for you to strong your technical knowledge.
Prepare your core subjects like electronics(analog and digital), communication (analog and digital), control system, EMT, microwave.
As a girl you have some reservation in govt. jobs.
If you are interested in embedded system you can take training from good institute where you can find good placement after completion.

You can choose elctronics because after diploma you can find job like service engineer, site engineer, lab asistant and many other.

Choose according to your interest if you are interested in software then choose IT otherwise you can choose EC as it will give you opportunity to enter in either software/ electronics/communication/networking.

Yes communication field is also available for you to join after expirence in embedded system.
Mobile is an embedded system and for its working engineer have idea about communication so embedded system engineer have knowledge of communication and can switch to this field.

After doing diploma in Electronics and communication you can join as field / site engineer, sales engineer, junior engineer in various govt departments, lab assistant and private sector is also to join.

Really, ECE is an evergreen engineering.An electronics engineer dominates any other engineer because of the knowledge of both hardware, software, programming languages and circuits.

An electronic engineer should have to learn about enbeded system and VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration) because most of the questions from them are asked in the interview.

You must go for ECE as it has more scope and much consistent stream than IT as shown in the recession.
Also you can jump to IT after doing graduation in ECE.

Yes you can join in as Pilot or Flight Attendant job in an Airline.
Also you can join IAF, then after some years jump to commercial airlines as a pilot.
