The section engineer jobs usually applicable for mechanical, civil and electrical engineer. So the regular vacancies use to be for these branches in general. But vacancies for cse comes very less.
So, you better try for BSNL etc.

Railway jobs provide a good scope to the candidates belonging to core branches like electrical,mechanical,telecommunication.
But being a computer science graduate you may not find such scope.Son it's better you should opt for any software company as it can give you a great career.However you can get the Railway related jobs in the link listed below.
