my daughter will complete bds with one year interns in march 2013 from tamilnadu govt dental college-chennai,which is a constituent college of dr.mgr medical university.she is very good in her studies and has got very good result right from first year.will do mds also.but i want better job for her after bds only.guide us for her better placement either in govt or private sector.

i 2 just wanna know wats a clinical research field? n do v have any gud income der?

After BDS it is better to put up a clinic if u have good skills (than going for MDS) but never join for job in colleges after BDS because u will not getting sufficient money,no respect,no improvement of cadre r salary,and also u can't improve skills.so go for clinic r MDS r shift the field to MBA r CLINICAL RESEARCH.

yes i agree iu these people on higher post have destroyed ourfuture
iwas a meritorious student but after doing bds i m just noy even getting salary more then a maid

i have done bds,such a long course ending up with nothing.is there any non clinical jobs for bds..

i have completed my bds last year nd nw i want suggestions related to what will be the best option apart from mds nd opening a clinc after doing bds because mds seats are really less as known to everyone...so??

there is not much more scope for denistry in India if you able to go abroad and settle your private practise
then its good.
bcoz there is not much more government job for denistry except medical officer.

I have completed my bds now...but I am not satisfied with the present status of a dentist. It is not making me happy. What other options do I have?

I completed my bds 3 years ago BT now I want to settle in foreign but I don't want pursue my clinical career I want to do something that I gain experience in other and also status so I can live tension free career please guide me regarding career after bds in Australia and Canada except clinical and postgraduate degree
