SCRA stands for Special Class Railway Apprentices. The exam that was conducted in the month of July, would take time for its results.

Its results are still not out, and you have to wait till the year end for it to be out.

When UPSC declares the results, it would be updated in the official website of the UPSC.

You would surely get the results within a month or two.
