hiiii I am an obc candidate and i have appeared in cgl 2010 exam and i got 102 in tier 1 and 256 in tier 2 but didn't get a call even for lower division clerk

but there is negative marking in cgl 2011 so i think cut off for a general candidate will be 105 ( 115-cgl 2010) tier 1
410 (421-cgl 2010) tier 2
obc candidate will be 97 (102-cgl 2010) tier 1
380(396-cgl 2011) tier 2

hi all, i have a query regarding cgl tier 2 2011, is it mandatory to pass in each paper in tier 2 exam. means there are 2 papers maths and English,now will i have to pass in maths and English respectively????

hello everyone.. i wrote the cgl exam, in 2011 and in tier two im expecting 80 in maths and around 180 in english(and iv checked 3-4 answer keys,so im not kidding)..so the point of contention for me is whether there is any sectional cutoff this year or not? if there isnt,i guess i am clearing the exam...if there is... then DO YOU THINK THAT 80 WILL DO ME ANY GOOD?? with the negative in place,i scored arnd 90 in tier 1 so a total of 350.. SO PLEASE CLEAR THIS DOUBT ABOUT SECTIONAL CUTOFF....
I HAVE read conflicting opinions on the validity of imposing sectional cutoff so im expecting an authoritative answer which can be a yes or no or the candidates have no way to know this .. please help if you can..

cut off should be math-80 or english-120 around this cut off is sufficient

I appeared ssc cgl tier2 exam. My expected scores of marks are Math-90 and English- 170. My category is ST. Any chance of making through? Or i need the luck to favour me. Genuine answers are awaited.

in bhai saab ko koun samjhae ki pichhle saal without negative ke ur ka cutoff 424 tha to is saal kya 450 jaega? just think..... i think the cut off marks will be 380-90 for ur for qualifying in all posts.
