there are few company which gives eligibility criterion that only students who have the minimum marks 60% throughout the career they can only apply. then you will not be eligible to apply for this company as you have 57% marks. but there are so many company which recruit student from b.tech having also less than 60% marks. so don't worry surely you will get a good jobs in a very reputed company. best of luck.

as per my knowledge there r many companies which does not want 60% in b.tech.mainly for core company u don't need 60%.u may go software sector also though u have less than 60% in ur b.tech.

etc.

below 60% in b.tech is poor result. now a days most of the companies require 60% in b.tech. so you have to work hard for jobs.

but still there are many companies those take students having percentage below 60% in b.tech.

i will suggest you to submitt your resume in websites like NAUKRI.COM, MONSTER.COM etc.

from their you will get information about jobs matching your profile.

i will suggest you to apply for govt. jobs like

DEFENCE

INDIAN RAILWAYS

BANKS

UPSC

etc.

there are many jobs who occurred percentage less than 60% (6.75 dgpa) in B-tech. some companies

1.rail.

2.NTPC.

3.BHEL.

4.DVC.

5.Bank

6.Tata steel

But in my you have to prepare for GATE. Because if you get very goods marks in GATE you may join in IIT,NIT,IIS(Bangalore) for M.tech.If you get good percentile in M tech then you have the chance for getting job in very recognized company such as RELIANCE,TCS, INFOSYS, MICROSOFT, NOKIA etc.

you have 57% marks in b.tech. , so you have to work hard in your life.
because most of the companies want 60% in b.tech.

otherwise you don't mention your stream , so it will tough to tell you that what kind of jobs are actually you getting in ...

If you are in the following stream like .... CSE ,ECE , IT then there are so many company waiting for you like TCS ,Infosys , Wipro etc.....

but if you are in core department then lots of core companies are wating for you......

Sorry !! I cannot understand that which stream you belongs to. But now-a-days all good companies want minimum 60% marks in b.tech.

But you can obviously try in the following :-

1) Try yourself to enter into average companies like Aptech, Global Info etc. But don't underestimate yourself as these companies are really good to get some experience.

2) Try for govt job in the bank,railway etc.


3) Try yourself for teaching into the schools,computer centres .

I think if you are really hard working guy then you will stand in your career one day. So, stop thinking and try for the above mentioned places to get job.

anyway a few company want minimum 60% mask in 10th,12, & B.tech on there on campusing if you are from software field then like TCS,CTS,.................

if you from core then TATA motors,mahendra,..................

many of the company want 50% of B.tech ............there you can apply

dear in my views you will face some problem. now a days each and every company require the eligibility criteria more them equal to 60%.but dear nothing is impossible you can also get good job but for that you have to face little bit problem .means you have to start you career with small company on the basis of which you can be apply for good company.
like tcs,wipro,l&t,etc,
my advice is nothing is possible only tha way is different.your way is little larger then the others.

some companies i.e in private sector at this time degree of engineering in first division is compulsary. ISRO,BHEL,NTPC,INFOSYS,LG,SAMAUNG etc. and more national-multinational companies preffer first division degree.
But you can work at private companies and earn money.
Acc. to me,I suggest you taht you increase your percentage above 60% by taking paper of your degree.

I dont know your 10 and 10+2 percentage but has a quite less percentage in B.tech.
Many of MNC demand 60% overall,there you are not eligible but you can apply for those company like ---
HCL
Satyam
Infotech
Weble
etc...

hey it is well known to all students that there is a great competition for IT jobs these days.....so less than 60% is a great disadvantage. You better go to higher studies or go for teacher jobs...try your level best......

i secured 56% in b.tech ( e&c), i was problem in my home becus economic condition was bad dat time when i was studying, dis time also bad becaus i have don't get job.

Don't worry many company offer the job in less then 60% in the B.tech. Do hard work you can get a good job. Many company are coming for campus placement who offer the job in 50% in the b.tech .

u will get a job but not with a high salary
i prefer u to do masters from any good collage

Below 65 % in B.E. or B.Tech. you are not eligible for Government jobs.

You can get job only in private sector.
