For IAS,you need to have a bachelor's degree from a recognized university.Also your age should be between 21-30yrs.Percentage does not matter.

You can get the application form from the post offices by cash payment of Rs 20/-.

As mbc is a graduation degree so you are eligible for sitting in ias exam

the education qualification required for ias exam is a gradution pass degree from a recognized university. It does not matters whether it is from regular classes or distance learning course.

The educational qualification required for IAS is as such: candidates have to pass their graduation in any stream from a recognized university.

Percentile of graduation is not mentioned in the eligibility criteria. Age of the candidate must be between 21-30 years.

Normally notifications are published in leading News Papers and employment news during December every year.

The required qualification for it is :

* The candidates hold graduation degree from rcognized university.

* Age limit :
1.for general 21-30 yrs
2.for obc 21-33 yrs
3.for sc/st 21-35 yrs

And for your info there is no %age required for the exam but just you have passed your graduation.


And for applying for it you can do it on www.upsconline.nic.in and it can be done after the upsc issues notification.

sir i got 47.2percentage mark in bsc but i do msc and i got 65% mark can i elligable for giving the IAS exam
