i think last recruitment for associate bank clerk was announced quite in a quick time when there were about 10000 vacancies..if i'm not wrong the exam was conducted on 8th march 2009(or 2008 not sure)...and exam results were out on june 2009 and interview results by august.....and posting by october...
but this time there are only 6100 vacancies and exam held on 16th jan 2011 ..but the results were out on 24 May 2011...this shows that the delay is exactly clear than previous recruitment....and we are still waiting for the interview results.....dont know when the will announce.........???

SBI Associate bank Clerical Exam 2011 interview final results will be announced very very shortly, but please be a little bit patient, you will be happy to know that they are making a delay in announcing the result because the number of posts are going to be enhanced and also the expected date may be shortly after final selection list announcement of other banks i.e. Central Bank of India 10 Sep 2011 and final selection list of PNB is announced because many people who get qualified will prefer to join SBI and there will be lot of administrative recruitment problems for other banks and that you can see in the urgent and haphazard manner in which other nationalised banks are hurrying their recruitment process.
