For becoming a ticket collector in railways, you need to take the written examination conducted by the RRB, railway recruitment board. For appearing in this exam, you should be in the age limit of 18-28 years of age and you should have passed your class 10th examination with a minimum of 50% marks. The exam for the ticket collector contains the syllabus of general knowledge, basic quantitative aptitude and mathematics.

For getting a TICKET COLLECTOR or TICKET CHECKER job,there are certain eligibility details.

ELIGIBILITY:
Candidates must have completed graduation 10th standard55% of marks.
Minimum 18 years of age.
The maximum age allowed is 30 years.
Age relaxation is provided for reserved categories.
5 years for SC/ST Candidates.
3 years for OBC candidates.
10 years for physically handicapped candidates.
The above mentioned are the eligibility details of Ticket collector posts.

Railway TC Eligibility-:

- Candidates must possess 10th with minimum 50 % of marks for Railway TC. - - Aspirants should be of age limit 18 to 30 years.

Railway TC Syllabus: Railway TC Exam consists of MCQ based questions from the following subjects.

Is biology student after class 12th from science stream apply for railway ticket collector ?

The qualification required for TTE is degree in any discipline and the age must be between 18 to 33 although there is age relaxation based on SC,ST,OBC or Ex-Servicemen.
