Re: How to get a job if percentage in btech is less than 60%?
dear friend,
As you have less than 60% percentage in B.tech course, then you will not be eligible for good companies.. But still you can apply for central govt. sector jobs like- 1.UPSC conducted civil service exams.. 2.Defense exams.. 3.Private bank po exams.. etc.. You can go for these jobs.. Also there are some MNC's , those are recruiting students having less than 60% aggregate.. You can go for those companies.. After gathering experience you can go for reputed companies... All the best.. |

Re: How to get a job if percentage in btech is less than 60%?
Dear pal,
do not worry about it. There are good demand for engineers the only thing you need to do is equip yourself for the needs of the company. From the current year aspirants are admitted to public sector units based on their GATE SCORE followed by group discussion and personnel interview. So it is better that you can apply for GATE exam which will widen your job option. If you have good GATE score you will be recognised by the private which you apply also. To equip yourself for the needs of the company you can go for a short term course depending on your discipline. Go for intenship if possible as exposure to the field knowledge will help you a lot than the book knowledge. You will gain experience by doing so. And also develop your communication skill if you lack in it . |

dear friend,
as you are not full filling the minimum eligibility criteria of software companies that's why you are not getting any call letters. in such conditions make your account in jobs.com and send your CV to them.i think they will send you some offers about jobs. also you can join any consultancy so that they can arrange interview of software companies. best of luck. |

Re: How to get a job if percentage in btech is less than 60%?
HY,
see if dont have enough % in b.tech then dont worry...you have options.you can go for mtech and get good marks in mtech degree course..........that will create some job opportunity for you..or you can apply directly in various private companies. Because manny companies dont see your marks, they will see how you have a knowledge and how you give the answers. once you get the experince it doesnt matter you have good or bad marks. |

Hello friend,
This is a very critical problem faced by many graduates these days... Here is the recommended solution for it.. Join a REPUTED institution of programming languages and learn 1. core JAVA / Advanced JAVA (highly recommended) 2. DOT net (recommended) 3. Oracle (prefered to opt) Develop good skills in programming and definitely you will get a good job with a salary of around 15K PM in any software industry. Good luck. |
