SSC stands for Staff Selection Commission.

The exam of SSC becomes through three rounds of the exam.

1. TIER-I (preliminary exam)
2. TIER-II (Main exam)
3. TIER-III (Interview)

TIER-I Syllabus

Math (50 questions, 50 marks)
English (50 questions, 50 marks)
Reasoning (50 questions, 50 marks)
General knowledge (50 questions, 50 marks)

TIER-II syllabus

Quantitative aptitude (100 questions, 200 marks)
English language and comprehension (200 questions, 200 marks)

TIER-III

The qualified candidates of TIER-II are called for interview which is known as TIER-III.

Staff Selection Commission conducted the Combined Graduate Level (Tier-I) Examination, 2011 on 19.6.2011 and 26.6.2011 all over the country. The candidates who successfully clear the same are eligible for SSC Combined Graduate Level (Tier-II) Exam 2011. Staff Selection Commission is going to conduct the SSC Combined Graduate Level (Tier-II) Exam 2011 for the Candidates who have qualified in Tier- I examination on 3rd September,2011 (Paper-III) & 4th September, 2011(Paper-I & II).

SSC Combined Graduate Level (Tier-II) Exam 2011 admit cards
SSC has already started to dispatch the Admit card for Tier – II exam, who do not receive the Admission ticket for the Tier-II examination ten days before the examination date should immediately thereafter contact the respective Regional Office of the Commission.

Paper-II: English Language & Comprehension

Paper-III: Statistics for Investigator Grade-II, for Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation & Compiler for RGI

SSC will conduct the Skill Test only for those candidates who qualified for Post of Tax Assistants (Central Excise & Income Tax)
