my qaulification is 10th std and have done my g.p rating coursre.my sea-service is more than 36 months,would like to appear for NCV examination,
but i have heard that one should have minimum 50% marks in english sub,but mine is only 43%.so can i apply for NCV......plzzzzzzzz reply.

sir i have done 12 months in ncv vsls above 500 grt. i have done my dns and also has 61% on my 10 2 pcm. am planning on going for my 2nd mates in uk after 36 months in ncv vsls above 500 grt. will i be able to meet the requirements for 2nd mate exams in UK .

How to appear 2mate exam for qualification 10 gp rating? But having 12 science qualification certificate from bhartiya shiksha parishad uttar
pradesh ? This certicate is allowed

Along with the sea time of 36 months you need to have cleared your 12th standard. Your score in Physics, Chemistry, Maths should be minimum of 60%. So you need to clear your 12th exam before progressing for the 2nd Mate exam.

Hi gm sir I complicated my 36 month sea sarvice and I pass 12th in commerce I am eligible for second mate.

good day sir ......i had finished 10th and 12th..board but from commerce stream ...and had done GP RATING FROM NUSI ACADEMY -GOA ...i am sailing with MOL and had completed 19th month .....is there any chance for me being from commerce stream to appear for exam. like eligible for NCV OR FG....thank u for ur attention kindly rply sir
