This form can not be filled online.

you will have to take the print out of the form and after filling it you have to send it by post

As you are now pursing your B.Tech. study, you are definitely from Science stream in 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

As you are interested for Indian Air Force, there are some two/three ways to join Indian Air Force through:-

NDA-NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY conducted by UPSC twice every year.
The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian male within the age of 16.5 to 19 years having completed 12th.

CDS-COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE conducted by UPSC twice every year.
The candidate must be an Indian National within the age of 19 to 25 years having completed Graduation degree course in any stream. As you are a 1st year B.Tech. student then you have to wait for completion of B.Tech degree in order to apply for CDS Indian Air Force.

The application form for both NDA and CDS can be obtained from official website of UPSC which can be applied through on line only from this year.

The other way to join Indian Air Force is through AFCAT exam and TGE Scheme.

AFCAT-AIR FORCE COMMON ADMISSION TEST conducted by Air Force for Technical Branch, Flying Branch and Ground Duty Branch for which you should be a graduate from any stream.

The AFCAT can be applied through on line through the website www.careerairforce.in

TGE- Technical Graduate Entry Scheme through this you can appear for the exam in the 3rd year of your B.Tech. study.
