-gate exam in the end doesn’t test your ability to know but your ability to express and analyze moreover.
-in gate paper you will get good and high gate score only if you will answer only those questions about which you are 110% sure. Don’t get lured that if you will attempt more no of questions you will be getting more marks. Attempt less questions but all must be perfectly right. -most of the students loose marks in negative marking and then end up on the lower side. In the gate exam all is relative thus you need to score marks better than others , thus you must follow these instructions properly -relax your mind , body & soul before giving the exam -revise all the previous 10 years question papers as most of them will repeat, that is type of questions can be same most of the time. -don’t panic if you are not able to get answers in exam take deep breath and think and start with the easiest question you know and move on to higher up questions -try to apply your own logics and tricks in solving problems and note it down because it will save your time in the examination hall. -conduct self tests based on various chapters. Continue the self tests and try to achieve a very good score. -practice more and more problems and follow the same procedure for the rest of the chapters and subjects. -finally, go for self tests based on whole syllabus and if necessary take help of others in conducting self-tests. -to do all these things one has to spend lots of time on studies and should be very sincere throughout the preparation. -one month before the examination you should start revising the course as many times as possible so that on the day before the exam you will be prepared enough to crack the exam. |

but now if you don't have interest on technical field and you want to do something different from electronics and communication engineering then you may go for MBA. MBA is master of business management. this is totally management study. this is not related to electronics.any graduate candidates from any stream are eligible for MBA course. you may do your MBA from abroad. after B.Tech you may do MS from abroad but i think M.Tech is better than it. still if you got any good chance to take admission in a good foreign university and if you receive scholarship for that then you may go for this course. now you have to decide yourself for which course you will go. just think about your performance and interest then decide which course will be better for you. best of luck. |

1) Exploit Negative Marking
2) Time management 3) Make a hand notes of all the subjects as it will become handy during exam time for quick revision. 4) Solve as many old papers as possible 5) don't ignore any subject as in GATE we can't expect the number of questions from a particular subject. |

hi,
friend here is some tips for success in gate exam As we all know the success in any field depends on dedicated practice and good efforts to achieve the desired results. Particularly, when it comes to education students should put their dedicated effort to get the fruit of success. Almost all the students taking up the GATE exam wish to score good marks and get admission in top rated institutions in India for continuing their higher education. Some tips for succeeding in the GATE exam are given below: Develop your basic knowledge: Basically, GATE exam tests the basic knowledge of the students in subjects like Mathematics, physics and chemistry. Most of the questions are based on the fundamentals. Preparing for GATE exam is a continuous process and it should happen in stages. First, make yourself strong in the fundamentals and test yourself on those fundamentals. Mock Test: Students can take up the mock test, which is being conducted online by several websites and the results of the mock test will be useful for the students to judge themselves against the crowd of competitors. Coaching Institute: The students should be careful in selecting the appropriate coaching material and coaching institute. For this the students can get the help of the senior students who have successfully completed their GATE exam. Self-preparation: If the students wish to prepare themselves for GATE exam without going for any coaching classes they can use the following tips: Practice with the help of previous year question papers. Solve more and more problems. Refer at least five books for each subject; this will be helpful for widening your knowledge in the subject. Note down necessary formulae and theory and refer it every now and then. Attend self-assessment tests being conducted free of cost by different websites. Get the help of some experts in the subjects in case of any doubts. Wishing you success in your GATE exam!!! |
