How can I do diploma after ITI?

if you want to do diploma after ITI then there is to much option for that;

My ITI Period 2013 to july 2015 but now ITI syllabus change its semester pattern so sem 1,2,3, results is completed but fourth sem result only watch internet print so do I registration c to d.

ITI passing date Aug 2014 - July 2016.
Diploma passing date July 2016- June 2019.
2 passing certificate are show govt Job??
