i have 85% in 10th,72% in 2nd puc and 75% as of 5th sem but 1 sub back in 6th sem...am i eligible for placements?

TCS JOB CRITERIA:-

1) through out 60% and in your 10th, 10+2 th.
2) you have score atleast 60% in b-tech.
3) backlog are not allowed.
4) two year gape are allowed in career.

WIPRO JOB CRITERIA:-

1) through out 50% and in your 10th, 10+2 th.
2) you have score atleast 50% in b-tech.
3) backlog are not allowed.
4) teo year gape are allowed in career.

INFOSYS JOB CRITERIA:-

1) through out 65% and in your 10th, 10+2 th.
2) you have score atleast 70% in b-tech.
3) backlog are not allowed.
4) one year gape are allowed in career.

So you are eligible for WIPRO ,TCS , INFOSYS.

sorry to say dear you are not eligible for infosys , accenture because all of this company want 60% above in career.

but you are eligible for wipro because they want 50% through out.

sorry to say that maximum software company want following criteria

MAXIMUM SOFTWARE COMPANY CRITERIA:-

1) through out 60% and in your 10th, 10+2 th.
2) you have score atleast 60% in b-tech.
3) backlog are not allowed.
4) two year gape are allowed in career.

so after completion of your backlog you are eligible for placement.

Yes you are eligible for infosys ,minimum criteria of infosys is 60% throughout in 10th,12th.you have to prepare for getting selection in Infosys ,you should prepare aptitude,puzzle,vocabulary,you shold download previous papers of infosys than start prepration.

eligibility criteria in infy is as followed 10th 60%,12th 60%,BE/B.Tech 65%.

You have very good percentage in 10th,12th and also in engineering.So you

can easily get a chance for infosys company.You are eligible for infosys

company.The infosys company is a very good company and one of the best

company in india.So its very good for you to have job in infosys.

The basic requirment for infosys company.

You should have 60% abouve in 10th,12th.

You should have 65% in engineering for on campus and 75% for aff campus.

So you fulfill all requirments of eligibility

Just concentrate on Verbal Ability. It will be very very tough. The reasoning section will be a cake wake. No quants except for data interpretation. So, start learning from now itself. Getting placed in Infosys is the easiest comparing to any other company. Absolutely no technical :) All the best :)

As you have above 70% marks in the 6th semester so your chances for campus placement are more.But you should have some practical knowledge in your work too.So it is advisable to you to gain some experience as a part time work in some Co. so that you can appear for the written test & interview more confidently.

2.Candidate should not have any pending backlogs during graduation.

3.Candidate must not have any study gap more than 2 years.

These are the eligibility criteria you have to fulfill to appear for the campus drive of Infosys.

As you have secured less than 65% aggregate in 12th then sorry to say you that you are not eligible for Campus drive of Infosys.

For Placement in Infosys during campus selections the cut-off percentage is 68% in your bachelors. If your percentage is above 68% then you are eligible to placed in Infosys during campus placement selections.
Apart from this, Infosys also conducts off-campus selections and for these off-campus selections it has a criteria which is a bit feasible where, every average student can also be placed.
They will be conducting a test which has two two sections:1. Aptiude and 2. Verbal Reasoning
Since you satisfy thier condition you are absolutely eligible for the Infosys campus placements.
