Its really nice to hear that you want to do your PhD.Infact if you have an inclination towards learning and exploring ,this is the best option. Doing PhD in India is a real good option.After pursuing your PhD you can get into various fields-research,development,teaching,technical innovation and in fact there are many more options.

nowadays mostly professors and faculty on higher post are required with this qualification

so have lot of scope in this field just apply wisely

In India, the lot of scope for Phd. is there.

The best after that you will allways remain in touch with reasearch development. After PhD you can join education sector like colleges, Univ. & in public reasearch org. like DRDO, BHEL, ISRO etc.

The important thing is it give you higher level of self-confidence & status.

I am about to complete my masters in HR and I want to pursue further for PhD in the same stream. My query is, should I do my PhD from India or from any foreign university? Because I have also some financial concerns and in Indian Universities don't think that I will be getting good stipend while doing my doctorate.
So please give your views on it and please do suggest some good universities to try for.

who told u that ur future is bright after doing PhD in India??????u know what after doing PhD u have to start with a low paying job (relative to them who joined industry after post graduation) and also u will have to face lots of politics, even if u don't want so much money u have to compromise with ur work, u won't have independence, because there are people (with their limited knowledge and chamcha/ass kisser of politicians)in high position who will always want to let u down. So if u really interested to do something better go abroad........

Ph.D is a good choice for someone who wants to go in academia or does not have done their masters from any premier school's like IITs, IIM, ISB, NIT etc in India. Also, one should go for Ph.D. from aboard if you are getting a stipend or scholarship else India is the best option for others as it is very cheap compare to aboard. Indian Universities are recognized all over the world. Therefore, even after completing your Ph.D. from India, you have high chance to go work out of India if you work hard.

Hence, it is a good decision if someone decides to pursue his Ph.D. in India itself.
