Re: How to gain full concentration while studying?
Dear friend, here are a few tips for enhancing your studies-
* You should study in a room where there is no noise. You should study at a place full of silence. * While studying, keep your mobile phone off or you should keep it away from you while you are studying. * Take a break of 5-10 minutes after every 1 hour. * Recreation is also important. So you can play outdoor games, do yoga, watch TV or talk to your family members and friends. But do not spend much time on these things. * Do not study over night. You should study early in the morning. * Take a complete sleep of minimum 6 hours. * While studying, sit straight and relaxed. Do not keep your legs in crossed position. * Do meditation if you are tired of studying. * Do not spend much time on computer, internet, video games, etc. * Eat almonds daily. With these steps you can increase your concentration. |

Re: How to gain full concentration while studying?
good way to increase concentration is to switch off not only your mobile phone but also other thoughts which divert you.....just think of your studies take break for every hour.... don't mug up.Try to understand the concept this helps to remember the answer....for a long time.....Another best way of increasing the concentration is that when ever you start thinking of other things think of your competitor....just think that she got first and she is being praised by other.......having jealous is really bad but every person must have jealous to the extent that it should create concentration on studies....
