i have b.com passed i need a job in cbi officer what is a procedure

Dear friend,

To join CBI you need to appear for CGPE exam i.e. Combined Graduate preliminary Exam which is conducted by SSC board every year.

Those candidate are graduate from any recognized university with any discipline are eligible for CBI exam.(Criminology)

But your age should be in between 20 to 27 years old.Age relaxation is provide for SC/ST/OBC category as per govt rule.

The maximum attempts for SC/ST candidate is Unlimited. For OBC candidate it is 7 years and for general candidate it will be 5 years.

Also you must be in citizen in India.

The selection process is contain in two stage

In first stage written test:-

1)General question ---------- 200marks
2)English -------------------200 marks

In second stage you can faced an interview which is contain 100 marks.

this exam is conducted b SSC every year, for this job you must have to qualify the CGLE(COMBINE GRADUATION LEVEL EXAMINATION).
for appear in this exam you must have to complete your graduation in any stream from a recognized college.
the age limit for this exam is 21-27,.
there are 5 & 3 years of age relaxations are applicable for SC\ST & BC candidates.

Many universities in our country provide both undergraduate and post graduate courses in Criminology.While the basic requirement is 10+2 passed candidates with either Arts or Science stream.
Training Programmes :

Graduate and post Graduate courses in Criminology are offered by several institutions.Degree students can also go with 1year diploma or 2 years Post graduation diploma course in criminology

Indian Navy:
Indian Navy recruitment will be done from the selection of candidates through the UPSC Examination.Union Public service Commission recruitment.The UPSC Board conducts the examinations for the selection of candidates in to various Defense services,such as Navy,Army Wings,Air force......
UPSC Selects the unmarried male candidates in to the Naval forces,there are two types of posts available in the naval services such as....

friend as you are in 10+2 you need to obtain degree first...

To become a CBI you need to go through a Combined Graduate Level Examination of Staff Selection Commission conducted by Government of India.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree from a recognised university or equivalent.
Age Should be Between 20-25 years
(relaxation of upto 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC.)

examination consist of 4 stages and you need to clear all.

Selection Procedure :

-Selection based on Written Test,
- Personal Interview and
-According to Rule and Regulation of the Govt of India.

Plan of the Examination:

Part I

Written Examination carrying: 400 marks

Part II

Personality Test (Interview): 100 marks.

The CBI is controlled by the Ministry of Personnel headed by the Union Minister who reports directly to the Prime Minister of India.

Qualifying Exam
Candidates who wish to join the CBI must write the SSC combined graduate level exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission Examination.

Eligibility:
1. Graduation with a minimum of 55% marks are eligible to appear for this exam.
2. They must be at least 20 years at the time of applying. SC/ST/OBC candidates must be at least 30 years when they apply.
3. The candidates who qualify in the written test will be later called for a Physical Test and Interview.

The minimum qualification to apply for these services is Graduation from
a recognized Indian University.
CID
Generally there is no direct recruitment in CID. CID works for state
intelligence and the officials are generally promoted or transferred
State Police officers because CID official are required to be experienced one.
As it is governed by State Police so sometimes direct recruitment to CID is
possible but that completely depends on vacancy. So, there is no recurrent
exam for entry into CID.

CBI
CBI works as national security agency,criminal investigation body and
intelligence agency.
CBI conducts recruitment test every year for the post of Sub-Inspector.
The eligibility for that is, you should have a Graduation degree from any
government recognized university and age limit is 20-25 years.
The age limit may be relaxed for OBC/SC/ST candidates.
This exam is conducted generally in the month of FEB and the notification
comes in the month of OCT which is published in Employment News and
national dailies.
The rest upper posts are generally filled by IAS, IPS and State public service
commission qualified candidates.
Depending upon your choice and vacancy present you may be posted to
Intelligence Bureau (IB) or Research and Analysis Wing (RAW).
Therefore either you can enter as a Sub-Inspector or you can enter as
an officer through UPSC or State PCS.
I would recommend you to prepare well for civil services and joi IB through
Indian Police Services.
