all you have to do is to put in a large amount of effort without which cracking any exam will be an uphill task.
refer all the standard books to gain more knowledge and make sure you know few of the short cuts in order to save time during your exam.refer some tutorial notes for such shot cut analysis.

hello i am in ece final year .i want to ask that taking a gap for preparing for psu's is good or not, or one should do this along with m.tech

i want to write gate exam for the year 2012 ..... currently io am doing information science engineering ...... so will u please tell me which books should i refer in field of computer science

you want the best college you must write the GATE exam ,this is not possible to get rank.
m.tech course is 2 years duration .
you will apply 3rd year or 4th year .
if you apply 3rd year then you will get experience how to write and how to prepaid .
if you get the GATE rank at 3rd year only ,this rank only next year continue .
if you not get next time you will get it .
U WANT TO GATE RANK, STUDY AT 3RD YEAR ONLY.

Dear friend,

GATE is not a matter of joke. It is really a very tough entrance exam to crack. Many students have to appear this exam more than one time to crack this exam.It need very very hard studies to crack it.

So as you are in the 3rd year, I will suggest you to go through the basics now. Make yourself profficient in the basics.

When you will be in the 4th year, then you must join the gate forum, where you will get many practice, tips, mock tests for gate.

You will also have to buy as many books as possible to crack GATE. There are many good books for gate, gate practice paper CDs etc etc.

Finally I can say that you have to put an active and sincere effort for getting your goal. always remember that nothing is impossible.
