what is the current eligibility criteria for accenture and tcs

sir i have 2 backlogs at present and may i know to what companies i will be eligible?

for all these company the minimum marks required to be eligible is 60% throughout. but for Infosys the minimum marks criterion is 65% throughout.


for all these company year gap should less than two years. if anywhere written that more than two years are allowed i think it is not true. visit the company website to know true information.

one more eligibility criterion you should not have any backlog when you are applying for job in these company.

I have passed H.S. exam frm WestBengal Board on 2006 bt I have passed B.TECH in 2011 i.e I have a 1 yr gap. Nw frm 2007 WB board has changed their rule i.e they nw give the students their percentage as best of 5. Nw how will be my percentage will be calculated? In the old format or in the new format? Accenture: 10 th and 12th 60% engg above 6 cgpa with no standing arreas.
Wipro : 10 &12 th above 50 % and UG above 6 cgpa. only 2 backlogs, that too in 5th sem allowed.
This is as per 22nd sep placement recruitment in SRM CHENNAI.

For ACCENTURE,TCS :

>>60% marks throughout your academic career.
>>No pending backlogs in the time of campussing.
>>Maximum 2years of study gap after 12th.

For INFOSYS,IBM :

>>70% marks throughout your academic career.
>>No pending backlogs in the time of campussing.
>>Maximum 2years of study gap after 12th standard.

Eligibility Criteria for Top IT Companies

Eligibility Criteria :-

1) You should have 60% aggregate or above throughout your career(only for Infosys it is 65%)

2) You should not have a study gap of more than 2 years

3) You should not have any backlogs at the time of placement..

its me who started this thread, as i was worried about my year gap between 12th and btech and now i m very pleased to tell u all that i got placed in COGNIZANT on campus and i m very happy now!!!
and i want to inform that accenture, infosys and TCS allow 2 years gap so u can go for all these if ur marks are 60% or 65% for infosys .
so i want to tell u all that these things does not matter at all if u are eligible and and u have a good technical knowledge.
so just prepare your self and improve ur communication skils and there is nothing which can stop u.
just hope for the best

sir i hv one year gap b/m 10th and 11th and two year gap b/m 12th and b.tech. and i hv got 60.83%,62%,62.50% in 10th,12th, and b.tech.
i.e. i hv done 10th in 2002 and 12th in 2005 after 12th i took admission brilliant tutorial for two year than after from 2007-2011 i hv compleat my b.tech.

am a third year student of gcelt. i have one backlogs. it will not be cleared before campassing. it will be cleared after campassing. am i eligible to sit for placement....

i dont think wipro's eligibility criteria is 70%, rather it is 50%...

Eligibility Criteria for IT companies :

Educational qualification :
Normally IT companies requires 60% throughout your academic career.But some IT companies like IBM,INFOSYS wants more than or 70% in your academic career.

Study gap :
It is always good that you don't have any study gap.But normally they allow 2 years study gap.

Dear friend,
The basic requirments for these MNC companies are 60%.
You should have 60% in 10th 12th.
You should have 60% in your engineering
There should be no gap of 2 years are present.

So these are some basic requirments for these mnc companies.

All companies have these requirments and all these mnc companies allow 2years gap.

When in your college Campus come then you prepare for that
but most company have some criteria for selecting student
mainly some MNC company have this criteria
like:-

They will see if student have 60% in career
then they will allow for seating in his campus interview.
This is a fashion for eliminate student in 1st round.

So most brainy student will eliminate in this round,for those you do not worry that
you try others after your complete B.TECH then you go for some Walk in also.

And also you do some professional course like:-
JAVA
.NET
ANIMATION COURSE
that course will help you to find good job in your career.
