I am Aashish I want to be Adrimil in navy what is the qulifiction for this and rank of navy?

i am in 10 and i want to join Indian navy? can i join after 10 or 12 and my age is 15? if my age is not capable please inform me?

I have completed 12th in the year 2010 with 78.33% and has gone for a three year certificate course in aircraft Maintanance engineering can i join navy

The minimum academic qualification with which a candidate can be eligible to join Indian Navy or Indian Air Force is by completion of 12th class. However the candidates who have completed their Graduation can also be eligible to join Navy and Air Force.

If you want to join on the basis of 12th class, you have to crack NDA Exam.

But if you want to join on the basis of your Graduation, then you have to crack Combined Defence Services Exam.

Both the Exams will be conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) but NDA Exam will be conducted twice in a year where as CDS Exam will be conducted only once in a year.

It is mandatory that the candidate should have gone through Mathematics and Physics subjects at 10+2 level to apply for NDA Exam and at Graduation level to apply for CDS Exam especially if the candidates want to join Navy or Air Force.

One good thing is that there is no percentage of marks criteria required for the candidates at academic levels in order to apply for these Exams.

For NDA Exam, the required age is 16 1/2 years to 19 years.

For CDS Exam, it will be in the range of 19-22 years.

Soon after the any of these written exams, you have to give Interview to confirm your final selection.

Check yourself with the above mentioned criteria and apply for the respective Exam.

During the time of admission, he should be 17 1/2 years and must not be over 23 years of age. After or during the +2 tenure, interested candidates need to write NDA Exam for the Army wing of National Defense Academy. Candidates willing to join Indian Army through NDA Exam do not need to have studied Mathematics in the higher secondary level. On medical rounds, medical and physical standards to be met for joining the Indian Army. If you want to join Indian Air Force and Indian Navy then you have to pass 12th with Physics chemistry and Maths..

After passing 12th you have to qualify Nation defense Academy exam.

N.D.A exam is conducted by Union public services commission...

Eligibility criteria for N.D.A exam:-
> Pass 12th with any stream from recognized board.
> Age limit should be above 16.5year and below 19 year.
> Must be citizen of India
> Medically fit (no major surgery)

To join Indian navy and air force first you need to crack NDA exam.

NDA stands for National Defence Academy. This exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission two times in a year.

NDA-I and NDA-II

NDA has three wings:

Indian Navy
Indian Air force
Indian Army

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate should be citizen of India.
