AIEEE rank required for B.E petroleum engineering in MIT, Pune?

I am from Mumbai and have following scores in the individual entrance exams.

1. CBSE XII 90 %
2. CET 144
3. JEE Mains 139
4. BITSAT 291

I therefore need to see where I am likely to get admissions, which would help me to write my preference properly in the individual application which I would make for the corresponding institutes. Please suggest

i scored 84 marks in JEE Main(Paper-1). Will i get admission in mit pune for 1st year engg??
