Dear Friend,
The cut-off percentage for all the companies seems to be as follows:

UG/PG - 65% or 70% (depends on company) - some times off campus requires 70% to 75%
Diploma - above 75% (its preferable)
12th - 60%
10th - 60%

sir i hav got 60% in 10th and 61 % in 12th U.P. Board.... nd in btech.... i m in 3rd yr nd uptill my percentage are... 65% so plzzzzzzz sir reply me that am i eligible for infosys campus placement plz sir m very tensed...... Preeti.....

You are eligible for Infosys and infact you are eligible for almost all MNCs.

All this is because of your good track record right from you 10th.

As far as Infosys is concerned, the minimum eligibility criteria will be

-A candidate should be of career 60 candidate.
Career 60 means a candidate who have secured 60% or above percentage of marks is eligible to appear for Campus placements.

-Gap during the education will be allowed up to 2 years that too with proper reason.

You have not completed your B.Tech so try to see that by the time you complete your engineering you are going to have more than 60% in your B.Tech.

Try to be good enough in subject knowledge and communication skills which should be vital and have an important role to play in the campus placements.

Yes definitely, You are eligible for Infosys Campus Placements. Because You have scored more than 60% marks in your career.

And to get placed in Infosys, You have to mentain the 60% marks since from 10th and you have fullfill the eligiblity criteria. So you are eligible to apply for campus placements.

Eligiblity Criteria of Infosys -

65% in 10th Class

65% in Intermediate or Diploma

68% in Graduation.

Selection process will be as follows -

Test of Arithmetic Reasoning and Analytical Thinking (40 minutes)

Comprehensive test of communicative English (35 minutes)

try to improve your to as closer as 70 in engineering in the third year exams

and percentage criteria is 75% for off-campus
and 65% for on campus!!
and also you should not have any backlogs!!

65.5% in 12th
cgpa 7.01 till 7th semester of CSE b.tech
and our campus placement is going to start after 15days in my university
my question is , will i eligible for directly place in TCS/Inforsys/Wipro

You need min of 65% aggregate in BTech and 60% after that.

Please check if you have 65% all years combined, rather than till just 2nd year. Else you might just be disqualified.

Infosys requires a minimum of 60% before college and CGPA of 6 or sometimes 6.5.

However, even if you are a little lower, you should go up to the HR folks and request to write the apti. Infosys is a mass recruiter. The pay may not be that high but the experiences counts and the workload is pretty decent.
