my communication is poor,but i got placed in mnc company..............but i want to improve my communication skills,what to do the next?

Any english language institution will do.
When you get there, try to figure out if the trainer
is credible enough if he/she is capable of teaching
english through proper pronounciation of american or british accent.
Make sure that the trainer is free from mother tongue influence
in order for you to inspire, work hard and develop yourself
to study and learn english language. If the trainer is not credible, then you
will end up with a half baked knowledge or nothing at all. The only key is
practice and remove the MTI.

Plz anyone who is trainer in English, Personality development, confidence building, mannerism teaching for village studied boy who is 23 yrs old.
