Sir,I have passed my class 12 from West Bengal board in 2011..but my grades were poor...as i have planned to go to UK for higher studies...They are asking for my class 12 prcntage and as a result m getting rejected each and every time frm most of the University.....Can i gv class my 12 exam as a private candidate from CBSE board?

Can I appear as a private candidate in cbse 12th std from any region? Will my practical marks be carried forward if I appear from a different region?

i have pass in 2012-2013. can i give improvement exam in 2014-2015

can i appear as an private candidate for 12th cbse without passing 11th ..?? will it affect to my future . i want to do in commerce subjects are as follows ( Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics,English,Informatic Practices(IP)..??? further can i get regular admission in Delhi Univerrsity ..???
