Eligibility in comapnies like Infosys, IBM, HCL after 86.6%, 76.6% and 68.3% in 10th, 12th and BE (IT) upto 3rd year

1.IBM eligibility criteria
2.Students should possess minimum 70% marks in degree with no backlogs.(70% throughout)
3.HCL
4.Eligibility Criteria
5.ECE, EEE,EIE, CSE,IT, Bio-Medical and MCA
6.60% throughout in academics i.e., 10th, 12th, UG and PG (for MCA)
7.Infosys
8.60% 10TH
9.60% 12th
10.but 65% can be reduced if infosys is coming in first slot in your college

In coming years will the minimum percentage in 12th class for a good placement will increase from 60% to 70% or above?

Sir I have a backlog in my 10 2 additional subject.am i eligible for TIBCO or any other MNC?

Sir/madam
I scored 80.16 ,69.83 in 10 and 12 th and Iam now in 5th am BE,had aggregate ofSGPA of 52 till 4th SEM ,I had two back logs in 3rd SEM and I already cleared them is Iam eligible for Infosys if I scored well in next semesters
