Well,both are equally reputed.Both have their equal importance.

But if you talk about money,there it is in MBA.
But yes,condition is you must do it from reputed college and hard work is always required.

It also depends on your own interest.If you do M.tech,you can enhance your skills technically only.It would be better option if you are interested in education line.

But if you opt MBA,it will improve your managerial skills.Managers have comparatively big perspectice,and they always get much global exposure.They are resilient and more challenging.So,it is better option.

For admissions in top college you have to qualify the exam like C.A.T, M.A.T etc.

your marks are good, so if you perform well in GD and PI you will get good jobs

M.Tech and MBA both are post graduate program
Both are good and pay good salary.
Also earning opportunity is good in both

In sort it depends on your interest, where you would like to see yourself in coming years.
MBA and MTech have different work profile.

M.Tech, you would be working as engineer and often involve field visit ( for core companies )

MBA, you would be working as manager and would be looking after managerial work

many people go for MBA because they want to be in corporate and not in field
some choose MBA as they want to change their fields and few other choose MBA as they want to start their own business in future and thus MBA would help
