Since you are interested in M.B.A, you can pursue the same but the scope is far less and narrow than the Ph.D. Also you are interested in the Bacteriology and Pathology, you can try for the M.Sc in Medical Microbiology, then you can go for the Health care jobs or the R&D in Vaccine research or immunological laboratories. But the Basic degree of B.Sc is of less use than the other degrees i mentioned.

There are so many ways of higher study,but you have to choose any one of them.

I mean you can go for job or master degree,but according to me I will suggest you of-course you should go for higher study,because your study subject has very demand in the time of recession market.


As you have a higher aim for doing the Ph.D,so go for M.Sc in Microbiology,so you should not choose MBA which is totally different way of your way.

There are so many colleges for completing the M.Sc degree in Microbiology.

as your interest is towards jobs then you should go for jobs.you are not interested in higher studies like phd so don't do copy of anyone.always work according ti your interest.

if you want to go towards MBA then it is nice. MBA is a management course. job opportunity is very high and also salary package is very high. after your graduation you may take admission for MBA in a reputed institution.

but as you are a student of microbiology so i will suggest you to go with microbiology. it has a very good scope and opportunity. also if you have a good knowledge you can earn more than a MBA student. research field is also glorious for microbiology. pathology and bacteriology is very good choice. why you do not want to go for research field? research field is very interesting field. but you have to do hard work for this.

for now study carefully. after completion of your graduation decide what you want to do. choose the right one and go ahead.

if you are interested fo management then you can go for MBA.

Both the courses are very good. Go what your heart says. Go to line where you can excel.
If you want to do Ph.D , then Write GATE exam.
If you want to go MBA, then write CAT or MAT exam.

hey i m also doing b.sc in microbiology from rla and this is my 3 yr.....
u can do mba after your graduation but it will be more beneficial if u do it in the science reltd field like mba in healthcare management and or mba in biotechnology.....
