Academics percentage cut-off required to be eligible to apply for CDS exams?
What is the minimum academics percentage in Engineering that is required to be eligible for applying for CDS entrance examination? And, when is next CDS exam going to be conducted?

CDS examination is conducted for recruitment in defence service.
The eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university. Candidate passed bachelor with minimum qualifying marks are eligible to appear in the examination. It is conducted twice in a year. So,candidates in the final year of engineering or passed are eligible to appear in the examination. For more information about examination visit at www.upsc.gov.in. The next examination will be conducted in February 2020. |

CDS is conducted by UPSC. Conducted for recruitment in defence services. The eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.
The required stream in bachelor degree varies with different wing. The examination is conducted in two stages - Written and SSB. The examination are conducted in the month of February and September. To get more information about the examination such as syllabus, previous year cut off etc visit at www.upsc.gov.in. |
