I’m sorry to say but you may not get a seat with this rank. There are 2200 seats under cet this year and around 50% reservation, so there should be 1100 seats, so the competition is very stiff. So chances looks slim. Even people with 3000-4000 ranks ends up getting no seat at all.

You can go to the official website of KEA and check the cut off ranks of the last year. You will get a clear picture of where you stand.

So tell her not to lose heart and if possible she should focus on the other medical entrance exam. Or she can also prepare for this exam once more and sit for the exam next year.
